Rogers Corporation Appoints Jeffrey Grudzien to Lead its AdvancedCircuit Materials Division

Rogers Corporation has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Grudzien as Vice President of its Advanced Circuit Materials Division, replacing Michael Bessette, who is retiring after 37 years with the Company. Grudzien joined Rogers in 2000, and has served as Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for the past 4 years. Previously he served as Director of Asia Sales, Corporate Director of Marketing, and Marketing Director for the High Performance Foams Division of Rogers Corporation. In his new role, Grudzien will be responsible for managing the performance, strategic direction and growth of Rogers' Advanced Circuit Materials business, and guiding the division's commercial and technology development of next generation high frequency materials. His appointment is effective immediately. "Jeff has demonstrated outstanding customer and market focus leadership for Rogers over the past 12 years," commented Bruce Hoechner, Rogers' President and CEO, "and I am confident he will provide strong global leadership for our Advanced Circuit Materials business while helping to lead its continued growth in the future." Grudzien holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He will make his home in Chandler, AZ. Rogers Advanced Circuit Materials business manufactures high frequency laminates for applications in wireless infrastructure, high speed digital servers and switches, aerospace and defense, and automotive radar systems. The Division operates ISO-9001 certified manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Belgium and China. Customers include Printed Circuit Board fabricators and Original Equipment Manufacturers of specialty electronic applications.
