Intelligent Systems Source (ISS) will be hosting three conference tracks and a pavilion within the 2013 Sensors Expo in Chicago, Illinois during the two day conference from June 5-6. With over 4,000 attendees in 2012, Sensors Expo is the ideal location to combine intelligent sensing technology with embedded computing, and intelligent systems. This year's Conference & Pavilion hosts three major conference tracks including sessions on embedded computing, specialized medical device development, and what it means to be a part of the emerging intelligent systems community. Applications covered include: retail/point-of-service, digital signage, industrial control, data acquisition, military and aerospace, M2M, and many more. "The connections between sensor technology and embedded intelligent systems continue to expand the device market, and ISS hopes to expand our coverage at the Sensors Expo to reflect this growing reality," said Aaron Foellmi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The RTC Group, "Adding the participation of the Intelligent System Conference & Pavilion to the Sensors Expo will bring together technical education, product presentations, and hands-on demonstrations that make today's technology revolutionary -- all under the same roof. Our partnership allows engineers in both industries to collaborate in a dynamic way, and do it all without having to visit multiple venues on separate days." For over 25 years, Sensors Expo & Conference has established itself as the nation's leading event focusing exclusively on sensors and sensor-integrated systems. The Sensors Expo's in-depth conference program not only features the world's leading authorities, but also incorporates the perspectives of the Sensors Advisory Council among other content collaboration partners. This ensures delivery of both technical expertise as well as a renewed focus on real-world applications of sensors and sensing technologies. The RTC Group, and ISS is proud to announce our partnership with Sensors Expo in 2013. "We are excited to welcome the Intelligent System Conference & Pavilion to co-locate with our Sensors Expo & Conference, taking place this June in Rosemont, Illinois," said Wendy Loew, Group Director, Sensors Expo & Conference. "Sensors has long been the leading destination for engineers looking for new sensing related approaches to measurement and control challenges, and joining forces with Intelligent System Source will help our design engineers understand how sensing-specific technologies really work in a broader systems design context. We believe that the co-location represents a real win-win for both the design engineers who attend and the vendors who serve them." Intelligent System Conference & Pavilion
