International Rectifier Demonstrates Automotive Grade Power Management Solutions at Convergence® 2010

International Rectifier, IR, a world leader in power management technology, today announced the company will participate in Convergence® 2010 which is being held at the Cobo Center, Detroit, Michigan, from October 19 to October 20, 2010. IR's latest automotive grade power management solutions will be on display at booth 1213. The company's team of automotive applications engineers, sales and marketing experts will be available to discuss IR's extensive portfolio of automotive-qualified high-voltage ICs, Intelligent Protected Switches (IPS), power MOSFETS including DirectFET®2 devices, and IGBTs for a broad range of automotive systems from typical 12 V power net applications to 1200 V hybrid electric vehicle power management solutions. A range of demonstrations and displays featuring IR's solutions will be on show including a 7 channel, 130 W Class D Audio system, 50 A Electronic Power Steering (EPS) inverter, 24 V BLDC inverter, HID headlight and PTC heater.
