IR will showcase a new solution that leverages the PMBus interface to simplify control and telemetry for high performance multiphase DC-DC converters. Demonstrations of IR’s GaNpowIR® GaN-based platform will also be on display in addition to IR’s benchmark MOSFETs, IGBTs, integrated power modules and high-voltage ICs for power supplies, lighting, motor control, automotive and high reliability applications.
