Paper Battery Company, developer of an award-winning energy storage and enhancement technology for battery-powered applications will present its high-energy, hybrid supercapacitor PowerResponder® product line at the Open Server Summit in Santa Clara, California from April 11 - 14, 2016. Open Server Summit is the only industry event focused entirely on the $50 billion server market - the central component of today’s data centers.

Paper Battery Company will have a booth at the Summit where it will display its compact back-up power solutions for large-scale deployment of non-volatile memory (NVM) cards for use in cloud computing-based data centers and servers. The Paper Battery Company’s high energy density supercapacitor technology enables backup power to scale with data density and still fit within space-constrained servers. The backup power pack thus enables these NVM cards to safely and significantly increase speed of analysis of very large datasets, without risking loss of data on power fluctuations.

In addition to exhibiting at the show, Mr. Gene Armstrong, Director of Applications for Paper Battery Company, is making a presentation as part of a session on non-volatile memory (NVM) storage on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. His presentation, titled: New Supercapacitor Technology Increases Energy Density for NVRAM Backup is aimed at systems analysts and engineers looking to maximize server performance and create scalable systems that can handle big data and real-time analysis.

PowerResponder provides tremendous benefits in space-saving, design flexibility and reliability. To see the technology in use or get more information, contact Michael Leiber, Director of Sales at Paper Battery Company: mleiber@paperbatteryco.com.
