PCIM South America to show trends for power electronics in Brazil

The PCIM South America 2014 international conference and exhibition for power electronics, intelligent motion, renewable energy and energy management will take place on the 14th and 15th of October in Sao Paulo. The focus is on technology trends for power electronic components and systems and the special requirements for applications in Brazil and South America.

Highlights of the conference are the three keynotes speeches on “Evolution and Revolution Cycles in Power Electronics”, “Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure” and “Advanced Measurement Technology for Power Electronic Systems”, as well as four half day seminars held by experts from ECPE, University Siegen, ETH Zurich and Mersen. In addition, four oral sessions as well as two poster sessions provide an excellent overview of the current trends and developments within the power electronic sector.

PCIM South America in Sao Paulo is an important, international meeting place for power electronic engineers in South America. Numerous experts from industry and science will attend this leading conference and exhibition which is held in English.
