Puget Sound Energy and Seattle City Light to be utility co-hosts for the Fall conference of the Association of Energy Services Professionals

The Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) announced today that Puget Sound Energy and Seattle City Light will serve as utility co-hosts for AESP's fall conference in Seattle, Sept. 30--Oct. 2, 2013. The AESP conference will gather leaders in the field of energy efficiency, demand-side management, behavior change and the Smart Grid. The conference titled "Tools & Technologies to Drive Program Participation" will educate attendees on changing consumer behavior; showcase the latest technologies; and share innovative approaches to the challenges facing energy efficiency professionals today. "Our involvement in the AESP conference benefits our customers, as we seek to learn and share best practices on how to get customers to embrace energy efficiency practices and programs," said Bob Stolarski, director of energy efficiency at Puget Sound Energy. "Our efficiency programs are helping PSE customers conserve nearly 2.2 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity and over 37 million therms of natural gas. We are eagerly anticipating sharing our experiences and learning new ideas that we will be able to implement."
