Integrated Device Technology, Inc. the Analog and Digital Company™ delivering essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, today announced that it will be exhibiting its industry-leading timing products, power management solutions, consumer audio devices, display products, and touch solutions at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas, January 10-13. "Each year, we are excited to participate at CES to showcase our latest innovative products that enable the advancement of next-generation consumer products," said Dr. Ted Tewksbury, president and CEO at IDT. "Our newest products have expanded our leadership position in timing, synchronization, serial switching and interfaces. The addition of analog and power management expertise enables us to offer complete mixed-signal system-level solutions that tackle difficult problems and add tremendous value to the end-user." IDT's audio CODECs and DDXTM amplifier products offer a premium user fidelity experience with rich software enhancements. IDT will be demonstrating audio solutions for portable and non-portable consumer applications that provide compelling features for the end-user, while enabling equipment makers to achieve faster time-to-market with reduced power consumption, board space, and cost. Among the display solutions on exhibit, IDT will be showcasing the world's first touch-over-AUX DisplayPort™ timing controller (TCON) with integrated touch controller as an inexpensive, simple touch screen solution for notebook and tablet PCs, and also the world's first low-power DisplayPort TCON with panel-self-refresh (PSR) technology for extended battery life. In addition, IDT will be demonstrating the industry's first monolithic solution for timing, thermal sensor and fan control for mobile and embedded systems. This new family of devices reduces bill of materials (BOM) and application footprint to save cost and free-up valuable board space in densely populated enclosures. www.IDT.com
