1200W Modular Configurable Power Supply from Gresham Power Electronics has Industrial and Medical Approvals

Gresham Power Electronics announces the availability of the VOX Power NEVO+1200 modular configurable power supply, the smallest in its class and the ultimate power solution for applications where size, weight, low standby power and primary side inhibit are vital factors.

Delivering up to 1200 Watts from a 1.2kg, 6” x 6” x 1.61” package the NEVO+1200S series carries full IEC/UL60950 safety approvals and complies with EN61000 Immunity, the NEVO+1200M medically approved modular configurable power supply has full 3rd Edition 60601 safety approvals and both models meet EN55022-B EMC Standards

Each NEVO+1200 power supply consists of an input module configured with up to eight output modules, where any combination of outputs can be installed to create a power solution with up to sixteen isolated outputs. Single output modules are available over the range 1.8 to 58VDC and 5-15/5-15, 1.8-5/5 and 5-15/1.8-5VDC dual outputs may be specified.

NEVO+1200 products offer market leading specifications with standard features including user and field configurable output modules, parallel and series connection of modules, accurate current sharing, wide output voltage adjustment capability, efficiency up to 89%, intelligent fan control, remote current/voltage programming and primary side shutdown, standard 5V 200mA bias supply (1A option), standby power consumption of less than 3 Watts and full design-in application support available to end users.
