San Jose, Calif. - TRACO POWER has announced the release of their THL 15WI family of 15 watt DC/DC converters that are designed for industrial, mobile, instrumentation, and communication markets or any application where size, cost and quality are critical factors.
The THL 15WI series 15 Watt DC/DC converters deliver a combination of both reduced cost and high performance in an encapsulated 1 x 1 x 0.4" metal case with an integrated EN 55032 class A filter. The family consists of 14 models offering 9-36 or 18-75Vin range and single / dual outputs ranging from 5-24Vout with efficiencies up to 91%. All models feature: Full-Load operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C (+90°C max temperature); 1500 VDC I/O isolation; Remote On/Off; VTrim (±10%); precisely regulated outputs; and Over Current / Short Circuit / Over Voltage protection circuits. These features combined with UL 62368-1 safety qualification and an integral Class A filter make these ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. High reliability > 1.3 million hours MTBF per (MIL-HDBK-217F at +25°C, ground benign) is further supported by TRACO POWER’s extended 3 year product warranty.
