4763 IEC Appliance Combi-Outlet Type F/J for Smart PDUs

With the new 4763 Type F/J outlet, SCHURTER offers a flexible solution for modern power distribution systems, particularly in data centers. By combining Type F and Type J in a single outlet, the 4763 supports different current ratings while simplifying the design of intelligent PDUs.

    Compatibility

A key advantage is its full mechanical compatibility with existing Type J outlets such as the SCHURTER 4797-5. Identical cut-out dimensions allow existing designs to be reused without modifications to front panels or PCB layouts, reducing development effort and simplifying retrofits.

    Design Flexibility

For maximum design flexibility, the outlet is available with optional light guides for status indication and various configurations to accommodate different panel thicknesses. It supports PCB mounting, operates reliably from –25 °C to +70 °C, and complies with relevant TÜV requirements.

    Cord Retention

Additionally, the 4763 supports established cord retention systems such as V-Lock, P-Lock, and TwyLock, ensuring secure connections in critical applications.

    Applications

This makes the new SCHURTER 4763 an ideal choice for data center, industrial, IT and telecommunications applications where flexibility, reliability and easy integration are essential.
