Bourns surface mount TVS diodes now available through TTI, Inc.
New CDSOT23-SM712 surface mount TVS diodes from Bourns can now be ordered through TTI, Inc., the global distributor of Passive, Interconnect, Relay & Switch and Discrete components. The components are ideal for use in applications such as wireless systems, network protection, portable electronics, as well as RS485 port protection. Providing excellent surge protection, CDSOT23-SM712 diodes feature a working peak voltage of 7V or 12V and an ESD protection of 30 kV max. The components are fully RoHS compliant. For RS485 port protection, the portfolio of TVS diodes from Bourns combined with the TBU high speed protector and MOV device from Bourns will provide excellent ESD, EFT and surge protection for both indoor and outdoor applications.
