Chips 4 Light Offers a Wide Range of Diode Laser Products

    05/23/2025

In the classic TO housing (TO 33/38, TO56, TO90) you will find a wide range of wavelengths and power options for edge emitting diode lasers. Wavelengths covered start in the UV-A range and include blue, green, red as well as infrared lasers up to 905nm. Within this range, you can choose between lasers with or without a monitor diode. The optical power ranges from 10 mW up to 125,000 mW!

The range of application ideas is as wide as the range of products, e.g. laser levelling, distance measurement, LIDAR and more.

The TO housing is not the right design? Check laser bare dies

The company also offers selected laser bare dies in UV-A, blue, green, red and in an infrared range.

    Laser chip on submount

A set of red, green and blue laser chips is also available as a chip on submount, particularly suitable for e.g. augmented reality glasses.

    Laser bars

Laser bars in the infrared range of 808 - 1016 nm are available for applications with maximum power. Material processing, pumping of solid-state lasers, hair removal, medical applications are typical examples where these high-power lasers can be used.

    VCSEL chips

In addition to the edge-emitting lasers, Chips 4 Light also offers VCSEL chips in red (680nm) and infrared (850 and 940nm), which are particularly suitable for applications with wide-area illumination: 3D sensor technology, gesture and face recognition, floodlighting and more.
