These complementary devices broaden Central's range of energy efficient MOSFETs providing a wider variety of options for numerous applications including load/power switching, DC-DC conversion, and servo motor control. With low on resistance and low gate-source threshold voltage, these devices are excellent choices for a wide variety of battery powered portable products such as cellular phones, MP3 players, glucose blood analyzers, and hearing aids. Pricing for the CMUDM7004 starts at US$0.16 each for 3,000 pieces on tape and reel and US$0.16 each for the CMUDM8004. Sample devices are available upon request.
