Cymbet recently claimed the world’s first all solid-state device combining a Real Time Clock with their EnerChip™ solid state rechargeable battery and a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) in a tiny single chip plastic package. He also shows a demo solar-based energy-harvesting platform.
