Dialight announced the launch of the Vigilant Bulkhead, a new addition to the already successful bulkhead line for the APAC and EMEA markets. The new CE Bulkhead offers significant improvement to product performance whilst maintaining all the features that have made the DuroSite Bulkhead popular.
Engineered from the ground up, the new Vigilant Bulkhead is IP66/67, has an impact rating of IK10 and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +65°C, ensuring dependable and worry-free performance, even in the most challenging environments.
Constructed of marine grade aluminium alloy, the compact and rugged Vigilant Bulkhead, has several mounting options, two optical patterns and battery backup variants making it incredibly versatile and suitable for retrofit and green field projects. Also incredibly efficient, delivering up to 150 lumens per watt, the bulkhead can offer a 2 for 1 replacement for traditional fixtures to increase the overall savings for the lighting installation.
The new luminaire houses Dialight’s latest power supply technology, offering inbuilt 6kV/3kA surge protection and thermal management system ensuring optimal reliability and longevity of critical components.
Boasting extended operational hours -- greater than 150,000 hours at +65°C ambient -- virtually eliminating costly maintenance and minimising the total cost of ownership, the luminaire now also comes complete with Dialight’s industry leading 10 year warranty.
