Dresser-Rand, a global supplier of environmentally friendly technology platforms in distributed power generation for the oil and gas, industrial, institutional, and commercial industries, will showcase its Guascor® biogas engines at the Green Expo Trade Fair at the Mexico World Trade Center in Mexico City.

Visitors of booth #1318 will learn how Dresser-Rand’s Guascor natural gas and biogas engines can provide environmental solutions for waste to energy purposes. These engines range from 140 to 1240 kW. A full-package, containerized HGM 560 gas gen-set will be on display.

The SFGLD engine series was specifically developed to work with natural gas, biogas (landfill, sewage, biogas from anaerobic digestion processes), or gases from biomass gasification processes.

Dresser-Rand’s Guascor engines can be equipped with mechanical or electronic carburetion control and are adaptable to any type of low heat value (LHV) gas. They have been successfully tested with product gases from many different sources, including landfills, waste water treatment plants, animal manure digestion processes from cows, pigs, chickens, etc., farm waste, cassava, starch, wine dredges, palm oil mill effluent, and more.

To learn more about Dresser-Rand and its Guascor biogas engines, visit booth #1318 during Green Expo at the Mexico World trade Center in Mexico City on September 24 – 26.
