ERG Lighting introduces eLumination driverless AC LED light engines

    07/06/2016

The eLumination Series from ERG Lighting is a family of driverless AC LED light engines for architectural, display and down lighting that have a flicker index of only 0.15 – less than half of the 0.34 offered by the competition. They are U.S. made and offered in 4” and 6” round versions for downlights and in square configurations for wall packs and canopy lights, with custom solutions available. Efficacy of the light engines is greater than 100 lm/W.

ERG Lighting is offering the light engines in an exclusive US licensing agreement with Photalume, Rolling Hills Estates, CA. This light engine technology interrupts the light output at such a high frequency that the flicker is not perceptible to the human eye and offers the lowest flicker index in the industry.

eLumination light engines are available in color temperatures ranging from 2700K to 5000K. These 120 VAC modules connect directly to AC line power and feature a power factor >0.9 and are dimmable to 3% of full brightness. They utilize UL-recognized components and LM80 tested LEDs and are customizable in wattage, light output, configuration and size.
