FARSENS launches website with information on active and battery-free wireless sensor solutions

    11/21/2013

Farsens has launched a new website to help customers find more information about their active and battery free wireless sensor solutions. This website is divided in two main areas: battery free sensor solutions and wireless sensor solutions. The first area includes wireless battery-less sensor products, covering different sensor types (temperature, pressure, acceleration, etc.). Documentation such as product briefs can be downloaded from product description pages.

The second area covers active wireless sensor network solutions. The company provides customized wireless solutions based on the technology that fits best for the specific customer (WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, proprietary, etc.). This part of the site shows different projects that have previously been developed.

The new website also includes an online shop. It’s been developed to provide customers with battery free sensor solution products for initial testing. There are different kit options (Basic kit, Regular kit and Full kit) to allow interested users test the passive UHF RFID sensor tags in a cost effective way.

Finally, a small blog with press releases and news is also available in the website, along with the @Farsens twitter account tweets. Moreover, Farsens will soon launch a technical blog targeted to engineers and end users of the technology that will cover HW, SW and FW developments on Farsens’s daily activities.
