Geoff Haynes, the VP of Business Development for GaN Systems, explains the development of the company's GaN technology over the recent years at their booth at APEC 2013. Geoff's early semiconductor design experience began at Marconi in the UK becoming consumer products design group manager. This was followed by 25 years of senior sales and business management positions at Harris Semiconductor, Matra MHS and Maxim Integrated Products. In 1997 he co-founded SiGe Semiconductor. GaN Systems
