Hendrix Aerial has expanded engineering and management services for their Spacer Cable Systems. Since 1951 Hendrix has provided technical assistance to their customers for Spacer Cable design and installation. Hendrix has expanded those services to every project phase: specification, system design, training, onsite support, quality assurance, and final inspection. Customers can send Hendrix a staking sheet with capacity requirements, and Hendrix provides a complete Spacer Cable system design to them. The company waives design costs if the customer purchases the entire system through Hendrix Aerial. The company then works with planners, designers, project managers, line crews, or contractors to provide both onsite and online training and assistance as well as onsite advisory services. An extended one-year warranty is available on Spacer Cable systems for which a Hendrix Field Service Engineer performs final inspection and approval.
