TTI, Inc., has stock for immediate shipment of the Nexperia BUK7S1R2-40H, N-Channel 40V MOSFET in the LFPAK88 package. The BUK7S1R2-40H is AEC-Q qualified and has a drain current rating of 300A. The Nexperia thermally efficient LFPAK88 package uses a copper clip design to reduce the package resistance and inductance which in turn reduces the RDSon and losses of the MOSFET. The innovative package has an ultra-compact footprint of 8mm x 8mm and because no wires or glue are used internally, operating temperatures of up to 175°C are possible.
