Holy Stone’s HVC Series of high-voltage MLCCs is designed for surge & line protection, inverters, isolation, EMI, LED & lighting, and all power and telecom applications.
It includes 200 vdc to 10K vdc ratings, NPO and X7R dielectrics, 0603 and 3640 sizes, and is available with flexible termination.
In general, Holy Stone offers a full range of capacitance values, sizes and voltage ratings, and core competency products including: commercial high voltage (100vdc-5Kvdc), X&Y safety certified (250 and 305Vac), and high CV (capacitance/voltage) with a focus on larger form factors (0805 to 2225 sizes).
