High Pressure Equipment Company (HiP) has added two new high pressure gauges to its ASTRAGAUGE line of highly accurate and reliable bourdon-tube style gauges. Model 6PG20C has a pressure range from 0 to 20,000 psi and model 6PG30C from 0 to 30,000 psi. These new surface mount C Series gauges feature a six-inch dial size and a turret type heavy duty sealed aluminum case. Accuracy on these new C Series gauges is an excellent ±0.5% of full scale reading.
HiP’s ASTRAGAUGE high pressure gauges feature 316 stainless steel construction for all “wetted” parts and a 316 stainless steel Multi-turn (10 turns) Bourdon Element for a longer life and better accuracy. All ASTRAGAUGE gauges are tested to 130% of the rated pressure and cycled to full pressure prior to calibrating. These gauges are designed for high pressure measurement of oxygen, gas and water service.
