    IDEAL President/CEO Jim James Named Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

    IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC., one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of quality tools, connectors and testing products for the Electrical and Data Communications markets, announced that its President and CEO Jim James will assume the additional duties of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. James joined IDEAL in August of 2008 as President and CEO. Previous to that appointment, he served as President of ITW Building Components Group, a division of Illinois Tool Works.
