This year's IEEE ECCE (Energy-conversion congress and exposition) will be held in the new Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, NC. The just-released final program includes more than 130 technical sessions with more than 700 papers and eight tutorials on wind energy, smart grid, microgrid, packaging, SMPS, and EV/HEV.
