TTI, Inc., has stock of KEMET's KC-LINK capacitor that offers industry leading performance for fast switching wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductor applications. With an operating temperature of 150°C, these capacitors can be mounted close to fast switching semiconductors in high power density applications. Very high ripple current capabilities make the KC-LINK caps well suited for power converters, inverters, snubbers, and resonators, where high efficiency is a primary concern.
KC-LINK is available with flexible termination technology that provides superior flex performance, addressing the primary failure mode of MLCC's flex cracks. In addition to commercial grade, automotive grade devices are available and meet the demanding AEC-Q200 qualification requirements.
