    08/31/2015

Keysight Technologies announced it has purchased Electroservices Enterprises, a U.K. company specializing in test equipment service and solutions. Based in Telford, Electroservices provides a broad range of electrical, mechanical and physical calibration, repair and asset management services to a large number of defense, telecom and industrial customers.

“This move demonstrates Keysight’s commitment to offer customers in Europe a rapidly expanding spectrum of high-quality support services covering their full range of assets,” said Chris Rennie, European general manager for Services and managing director of Keysight Technologies U.K. “The addition of the experienced Electroservices team further enhances our industry-leading, flexible service solutions to help customers achieve their business goals.”

“Electroservices is extremely proud of the excellent services provided and believes that the merger with Keysight Technologies is a big win for all involved – from the workforce to the entire customer base,” said Simon Plant, managing director of Electroservices. “With both companies having a totally compatible business ethos based on people and providing excellent customer service, we feel this is a winning situation for our colleagues and customers, which will help us down the path of delivering world-leading test equipment service to the U.K. and beyond.”
