    ­Littelfuse, Inc. announced the TX00AT314AMA Omnipolar TMR Switch Sensor, the latest addition to the TX00 TMR Switch family. The TX00AT314AMA delivers the same proven performance as the SOT-23-3 TX00AS314TRA—high sensitivity, ultra-low 1.5 µA power consumption, omnipolar detection, and up to 1 kHz switching speed—in a leaded TO-92 package and with South Korea country of origin, providing design teams with a new form factor option and a diversified supply chain.

    The TX00AT314AMA integrates a precision TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) sensing element with CMOS signal-processing circuitry—including an on-chip voltage generator, low-noise amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger—to deliver accurate switching, strong noise immunity, and excellent thermal stability. Like its SOT-23-3 sibling, it features X-axis (in-plane) magnetic sensing for detection of fields parallel to the sensor surface, offering greater mechanical design flexibility. The device operates with a typical supply current of just 1.5 µA and supports high-speed detection up to 1 kHz.
