MEMS Microphones Carry Wide Operating Frequency Ranges

­CUI Devices’ Audio Group announced the addition of three new MEMS microphone models boasting wide frequency ranges from 20 to 20,000 Hz. The CMM-2718AB-38162W-TR, CMM-2718AB-38164W-TR, and CMM-2718AT-38164W-TR are all analog MEMS microphones featuring -38 dB sensitivity ratings and tight sensitivity tolerances of ±1 dB. Offering top or bottom port versions, these wide frequency range MEMS microphones are housed in compact, surface mount packages measuring as small as 2.75 x 1.85 x 0.90 mm, making them ideal for a variety of portable electronic devices and wearables.
