Mikrotron today announced the EoSens21CCX12-FF, a breakthrough machine vision camera that combines exceptional speed, resolution, and mechanical precision in an compact industrial package. Featuring a 21-megapixel Gpixel CMOS global shutter sensor and full CoaXPress 2.0 compliance, the EoSens21CCX12-FF achieves data throughput up to 50 Gbit/s across 1, 2, or 4 lanes, ensuring minimum latency and jitter in demanding machine vision setups requiring ultra-high bandwidth.
The EoSens21CCX12-FF captures detail-rich 5120 x 4096 pixel color images at 230 frames per second (fps), with speeds scaling dramatically to 5540 fps at 5120 x 128 pixels for high-speed inspection scenarios. The sensor's 4.5 x 4.5 µm pixel size furnishes a balance between resolution, light sensitivity, dynamic range, and speed.
Precision-Engineered for Industrial Demands
The EoSens21CCX12-FF has a flat front lens mount engineered for maximum mechanical stability through surface-to-surface contact. This design eliminates lens wobble and sag—critical for maintaining optical precision when using heavy lenses or operating in high-vibration environments. Despite its powerful capabilities, the camera maintains a remarkably compact 80 x 80 x 66 mm footprint with shock and vibration resistance and an IP30 environmental protection rating.
Advanced Feature Set for Flexibility
Multiple region of interest (ROI) configurations, binning modes, area of interest (AOI) selection, shading correction, and defect pixel correction provide system integrators with comprehensive tools for optimizing performance across diverse applications. These features enable the EoSens21CCX12-FF to adapt seamlessly to precise industrial automation, quality control, and high-speed inspection workflows.
The EoSens21CCX12-FF represents the next level in machine vision where speed, resolution, and industrial reliability converge in a single, future-ready platform. Learn more here.
