MINMAX announced their new MDW08 series of 8W Isolated / Regulated DC-DC Converters, coming in a small 16-pin DIP package measuring only 0.94 x 0.54 x 0.31” for where space is critical. The MDW08 family of high-density dc-dc converters consists of 21 models offering 9-18 / 18-36 / 36-75 VDC Input Ranges with single and dual output models ranging 3.3 – 15 VDC delivering 8 Watts of output power an encapsulated package.
All models feature: I/O Isolation of 1500VDC; high efficiency up to 85% enable operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (derating above 70°C); Fully Regulated Outputs; no minimum load requirement; lower no-load power consumption; shielded metal package; under-voltage lockout; and over voltage / overload / short-circuit protection.
All models have been qualified per the CB scheme with safety approvals to UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 (60950-1) standards. All MINMAX products are Reach Compliant, RoHS Compliant, Hazardous Substance Process Management(IECQ QC 080000) and conflict Mineral free backed by a 3 Year Warranty.
