MSC offers 92D series DC/DC Converters with 100W Nominal Power

    01/11/2011

MSC now offers the 92D series DC/DC converters from YDS. Key features of these converters are a nominal power of 100W, input voltage ranges of 18V to 36V and 36V to 75V as well as output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V or 15V. With dimensions of just 50.8 x 40.6 x 13.2 mm, these DC/DC converter modules allow high capacitive loads and achieve an efficiency of 90%. Furthermore, the modules include protection against overload, over-temperature and short-circuit and offer an excellent regulation, low ripple and an internal input filter. In addition, remote on/off and fine trim are also standard features of the 92D series. MTBF ratings of >74,160 hours in accordance with MIL-HDBK-217F and >1,010,000 hours in accordance to Bellcore-TR-NWT-000332 ensure the required high reliability for critical applications. The 92D series DC/DC converters meet EN55022 class A (class B with external filter), the IEC/UL/EN60950-1 safety regulation and the EN61000-4 EMC specifications.
