    Murata Power Solutions expands design capabilities in China

    Murata Power Solutions today announced the opening of Murata Power Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Wuhan Branch Company as an advanced design center in Wuhan, China. The new 1000 square meter site initially has a team of 12 engineering staff, with plans to more than triple the number of design engineers over the next 18 months to meet the expected increase in demand for power supplies from the server market, telecommunications equipment and industrial electronic devices. Steven Wang, Deputy General Manager and Jack Deng, Engineering Director of Murata Power Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, are responsible for operations at the site. www.murata-ps.com
