The PMH series is only 0.62mm x 0.62mm, is in the leadless DFN0606-3 (SOT8001) package and is available in both P-channel and N-channel. Available in 20, 30, and 60V versions, the PMH Series delivers the lowest RDS(on) in a 0.62 x 0.62 mm footprint.
In addition to the lowest RDS(on), the Nexperia PMH Series offers excellent ESD performance and can operate with a threshold voltage of just 0.7 V, vital for portable applications with low drive voltage. Nexperia’s DFN0606 portfolio also has the same 0.35mm pitch as the DFN1006 package, simplifying design and manufacturing while gaining the performance and space benefits.
