    05/07/2013

Paralan is now the official USA distributor for LAM Technologies, the well-known Italian manufacturer of components for industrial automation and motion control systems including stepper motors, stepper drives, controllers, and power supplies. LAM components are utilized in many different industries including packaging, woodworking, food processing, paper and CNC machine, textile manufacturing, etc. "A world leader in the motion control market, LAM Technologies has been producing highly innovative and competitive drives for stepper motors for over 20 years," explains Marc Brooks, CEO of Paralan. "Our knowledge of overseas export rules and regulations enables us to simplify and facilitate the ordering and delivery process of LAM products for US based companies without adding any cost." LAM Technologies offers control by traditional step and direction signals, programmable and managed by the Fieldbus control system. The use of the latest digital technology has allowed LAM Technologies to significantly reduce the overall dimensions and to introduce many advanced features. The high-efficiency power stage limits losses and heating. With LAM's free software, developers can configure the drives and execute diagnostics in a simple and effective manner. According to Marc, "The care taken in every phase of LAM's product creation, from its initial concept to shipment to the customer, ensures quality and reliability of each item sold."
