Linear Technology makes ultra-low power ICs targeted for energy harvesting applications in systems that convert energy from vibration (piezo), photoVoltaic (solar) and thermal (TEC, TEG, thermopiles, thermocouples) sources to regulated voltages to run systems and charge batteries or super capacitor storage.
