In this popdcast David Loconto, Design Center Manager at Linear Technology, talks about the paper he recently presented at the IDTechEx Energy Harvesting & Storage USA 2013 with Alix Paultre of Power Systems Design. Linear Technology makes ultra-low power ICs targeted for energy harvesting applications in systems that convert energy from vibration (piezo), photoVoltaic (solar) and thermal (TEC, TEG, thermopiles, thermocouples) sources to regulated voltages to run systems and charge batteries or super capacitor storage.
