The number of exhibitors and the booked floor space for PCIM Europe 2014 is already 16% up from what it was the same time last year. The proportion of foreign exhibitors is about 50%, underscoring the event's diversity. With the strong growth in renewable energy, e-mobility and energy efficiency continuing, the visitor numbers are expected to increase even further over the coming year, as power electronics becomes increasingly important in these industries.
The rise in exhibitor and anticipated visitor numbers has led to an expansion of the show. So in 2014, PCIM Europe will be held in three halls. Due to the addition of Hall 6, the two entrances in “Mitte” and “Ost” now provide a better connection to the exhibition than last year.
The planning of the floor space is in full swing. The majority of exhibitors from 2013 have registered again for next year’s event. Despite this, an attractive selection of booths will still be available to new exhibitors.
