PEAK electronics has expanded its proven AC-DC power supplies PPM with power ratings of 2 to 20 W with one new powerful 60-W converter module, the PPM60. Depending on the type, the PPM60 module delivers an output voltage of 5, 9, 12, 15, 24, or 48 V DC. Dependent on the output voltage, the 60 W module type has a high efficiency of up to 85% and a low standby power consumption of 0.5 W. The input-output isolation is 4 kV AC for 1 minute. The main features of the PPM60 converter include a universal input of 90 to 264 V AC or 122 to 370 V DC and a low typical ripple and noise of 50 mV. The target markets of the AC-DC power supplies are industrial and electrical power applications. Peak Electronics
