    Polytron's low-noise AC/DC modules target medical applications

    Polytron Devices has launched the MHIA series of UL 60601-1 Third Edition recognized and 2MOPP-compliant linear encapsulated AC/DC power modules for medical applications including surgical, patient monitoring, imaging, laboratory and diagnostics equipment.

    Available with either a PC mount or chassis mount with screw terminal, these power supplies deliver 4000 Vac reinforced insulation, as well as single, dual and triple outputs. The MHIA series delivers an extremely low output noise of 1.0mV rms and while providing a 2µA patient leakage current, and a regulation line and load of 0.02 to 0.2%.
