The primary focus of the redesign was on presenting a streamlined design and a more user friendly experience for many functions. The purchasing process is supported by introducing a special quotation assistant. Visitors can use this assistant to get a customized quotation that they can also save for later use. In addition, the purchasing process is now more user-friendly and less time consuming. The new search engine integrates all search options. On top of the classic product search, it is now possible to find the SEMIKRON product that corresponds with other manufacturers' products of the same kind (cross reference). Assistance for using the website is provided by an extensive FAQ list that provides self-help instructions.
