    Powerbox acquires Power Technics

    Powerbox, one of Europe’s largest power supply companies and a leader in optimizing power solutions for demanding applications, announced they acquired the assets of former Power Technics in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. The assets includes products IPs, laboratory equipment, warehouse etc. This acquisition will strengthen Powerbox design capabilities for demanding applications.

    Based in the Netherlands, Power Technics is the front-runner in the development, design, and production of electronic power supplies for industrial, aviation, shipping, rail, telecommunications, OEM, and medical applications. Driven by technology innovations Power Technics has developed a range of power solutions and platforms for applications requiring high level of quality and reliability.

    Power Technics will be fully integrated within the Powerbox Group and will remain located in the same facility in The Netherlands.
