PSDcast (also known as Podcast) by Power Systems Design are moderated and produced by PSD's editorial staff.
PSDcast are audio interviews on relevant topics to the power electronics industry and are conducted with subject matter experts from the power electronics industry, academic institutions and relevant industry associations.

In this PSDcast Dan Carnovale of Eaton talks to Alix Paultre of Power Systems Deisgn about their Experience Centers and Young Guns program. It is pretty obvious that the electronics sector will need thousands of skilled workers to replace those who will be retiring the coming years, and is working to help train the future electrical engineers and electricians who will soon be taking the reins in the industry.
