The global pandemic has fundamentally changed a number of societal norms – likely permanently. One of those changes is that people will take extra care to prevent the spread of infection, whether that’s using hand sanitizer, wearing masks in crowded social situations, or thinking twice about touching objects – say, touchscreen displays – that get a lot of traffic.
