    RACM AC-DC power supply

Dengrove Electronic Compoments is now offering the latest RACM range of AC-DC power supplies from RECOM. These latest PSUs are designed for medical applications, with certifications including CE marked and 3rd Edition UL/IEC/EN60601-1 medical certified with 2MOPP/ 250VAC.

The 40W, 65W and 100W modules offer continuous output power with free air convection cooling, ultra-low leakage (75µA) and BF-rated, trimmable 5V to 48VDC output voltages. The RACM series has an efficiency of up to 93%, low power dissipation and tight regulation over a wide range of output load and input voltage variations. No load power consumption is below 0.3W, ensuring that they conform to the ErP Ecodesign Directive.

Measuring just 3”x2” these space saving devices are available in open-frame and metal-enclosed designs (100W only available in metal enclosure). The metal-enclosed design is shielded for conducted cooling and operator protection. All models operate from -40°C up to +85°C.

These Class II power supplies have 4kVAC reinforced isolation between input and output and 1.5kVAC between input/output and EMC ground. All modules comply with EN60601-1-2 Medical EMC, FCC18 and EN55011 Class B EMC standards without external filtering and come with a 5-year warranty.

Conforming to IEC60068-2-x for shock and vibration, makes them ideal for building into portable medical equipment for emergency services, outpatient clinics and home health care. All units are certified for operation up to 5000m altitude without derating, meaning that they can also be used in air ambulances or high-altitude clinics.
