Registration for UK PCB Technology Day is now open

    08/21/2014

Isola Group, a market leader in copper-clad laminates and dielectric prepreg materials used to fabricate advanced multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs) and Holders Technology, an international distributor of materials, equipment, parts and services to the PCB industry, announced that registration is now open for a complimentary PCB Technology Day taking place September 16, 2014 at the Sixways Stadium in the City of Worcester, England.

PCB fabricators, electronic design engineers and those interested in learning about how to optimize the performance and reliability of PCBs are invited to attend this free, half-day seminar, from 12.30 pm to 7.00 pm. Ian Fox of Controls and Data Services (CDS), a part of the Rolls-Royce Group, will present a paper entitled, "High Reliability Electronics: Making it Work."

Sessions will include detailed information about the latest innovations in:
    Low-loss substrates
Conductive anodic filament (CAF) and reliability in substrates and PCBs
    Square-weave glass technologies
    Dielectric materials for high-speed digital and RF/microwave applications, including Isola’s IS680, I-Tera® MT, Astra® MT & Tachyon®-100G products

Holders Technology will present Pacomask, a new-patented technology providing a protective/supportive film carrier for copper foils ≥ 5µ used in multilayer and flex-rigid builds and DOOSAN DSFLEX 600, a wide range of IPC-approved single- or double-sided adhesiveless flexible laminates available in 6µ to 35µ Cu (ED and RA) and 12µ to 125µ polyimide cores.

The event concludes with a complimentary buffet and networking opportunity.
