Erie, PA - High Pressure Equipment Company (HiP), a subsidiary of Graco Inc., introduces a remote control unit for its revolutionary eTensifier high pressure electric pump system. The eTensifier is a first-of-its-kind high-pressure electric pump system that simply plugs into a wall outlet without the need for an air compressor like other high-pressure pumps on the market.
The new tethered remote control unit for the eTensifier comes standard with a 12-foot cord. The remote control feature is designed to accommodate applications where it is ideal to mount the controller separately from the pump system, such as where the pump system is installed within a cabinet or small room, when the pump is used to test high pressure products and where hazardous materials are being pressurized.
The portable, lightweight (only 46 lbs) eTensifier will deliver hydraulic/liquid at pressures up to 36,500 psi with a smoother flow rate from zero to full pressure and a quiet electric motor. The eTensifier features controls that include an industry-first pressure test mode that allows users to set a defined pressure and walk away, as well as a new quick-connect system for exchanging pump lowers to facilitate routine maintenance without taking the whole pump out of commission.
