RS opens second local innovation centre with relocation of Heathrow branch

    12/08/2017

RS Components (RS) relocated its Heathrow branch from the existing site on the Fairway Trading Estate in Middlesex, London, to a new unit a short distance away at Trade City on the Hayes Road. The opening marks the second branch transformation RS has executed this year, as part of the investment in its branch network offer, having already relocated the Bow branch to Bermondsey in May this year. Branded RS Local, the development brings an innovative product and service offer to support engineers locally across the design, build and maintain phases of the product life cycle.

RS Local sites continue to deliver the same excellent customer experience, fast availability and breadth of products to meet local demand, with added features and benefits including interactive displays and videos to illustrate the value-added services offered to customers. The new branch will have closer links with the M4 and M25.

RS Heathrow will continue to stock thousands of products to meet local demand, and customers will continue to enjoy the call and collect service.

RS Heathrow is based at Unit 9, Trade City, Hayes Road, Southall, Hayes, UB2 5BE.
