SimpleChips Ships Industry's First 1200V High-Voltage Monitor IC

­SimpleChips Technology Inc., a global provider of analog and mixed-signal application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) for automotive, medical, industrial and aerospace applications, announced the availability of the 18SCT005, the industry’s first 1200V high-voltage monitor IC. With superior output accuracy of 0.7%, this monolithic IC is ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive EV powertrain and inverters, cardiac defibrillators, and industrial high-voltage sensing. It integrates high-voltage capability up to +/-1200V, a 1KHz low-pass filter and a voltage buffer into a very small TSSOP8 4.4mm package.
