    05/08/2014

TTI, a leading specialist distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components, has signed a European franchise distribution deal to represent PRECI-DIP, the Swiss manufacturer of high-reliability contacts and electronic connectors. These connectors are used in many different industry sectors, including the defence and aerospace industries. The agreement extends PRECI-DIP’s existing agreement with TTI covering the Americas.

PRECI-DIP has developed high-speed turning machines capable of producing 150 million precision contacts per week. PRECI DIP also has integrated plating lines, plastic injection molding and automatic assembly processes, all of which allow for fast response times and are flexible to customer needs. Spring-loaded contacts are also a key product of the PRECI DIP portfolio. PRECI DIP has developed patented Mil/Aero Spring-loaded contacts that are made in accordance with the stringent aerospace standards and are used in aircraft, missiles, helicopters, as well as other sensitive applications.

Comments Ronald Velda, Director, Supplier Marketing Europe – Connectors & Emech at TTI, Inc.: “PRECI-DIP offers a wide range of high quality, precision contacts and connectors as well as the ability to custom-design contacts developed in close partnership with our customers.
